OUR POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMSArtistic and creative work requires an increasingly complex skillset, to be acquired and updated through distinct educational curricula that provide a mix of academic study and professional project work.
NABA postgraduate programs aim at producing innovative profiles, able to meet the requirements of new and complex professionalism. An objective that can be achieved thanks to the partnership network with research, cultural and business world institutions, ensuring a teaching staff made of professionals dealing everyday with innovation in their professional field.
Every course is the result of collaboration with a system of organizations operating in the corresponding sector, which are involved in the realization of specific projects, and as partners in internship offers. Alongside the specific partners specific for every course there are also institutional partners that constantly collaborate with NABA in research activity and cultural promotion.
A key role in the Academy’s postgraduate programs is played by project workshops, around which a curriculum of research and experience of different artistic and professional languages are developed. In the context of the projects, aimed at producing concrete objects and tools (exhibitions, magazines, contests, events, interiors, accessories…) new professional competences are experimented and acquired.
In addition to project workshops, theoretical lectures allow for the deepening of the analytical dimension of projects and to sharpen critical and research skills.
Additionally, meetings with artists and professionals from different artistic and professional environments allow for further comparison and the acquisition of wider project culture.
Each student’s acquired skillset is put into practice through the internship opportunities, offered according to everyone’s personal orientation and abilities, thanks to the Internship office, which follows each student individually and helps building a consistent curriculum, together with an artistic and professional portfolio.
