Artistic and creative work requires acquiring and updating an increasingly complex skillset through distinct educational curricula that provide academic studiy and professional experience.
NABA courses aim to produce innovative profiles, able to meet the requirements of new and complex professionalism. It can be achieved thanks to the system of relations with the teaching staff that work in research, in cultural offer and in professional environment. Every course is a result of collaboration with a system of organizations that operate in the corresponding sector and are involved in the realization of projects and in internship offers as partners. Alongside the specific partners specific for every course there are also institutional partners that constantly collaborate with NABA in research activity and cultural promotion.
The foundation of post diploma education are project workshops, around which a curriculum of research and experience of different artistic and professional languages are developed.
In the context of the projects, aimed at producing communication objects and tools (exhibitions, publications, events) new professional competences are experimented with and acquired. The cycle of lectures allow for the deepening of the theoretical dimension of projects and to sharpen analytical and research skills. Additionally, meetings with artists and professionals from different artistic and professional environments allow for further comparison and the acquisition of wider project culture. The student is offered various internship possibilities according to the chosen direction.
This is made possible through the Internship office which follows each student individually and helps create the curriculum and artistic and professional portfolio.
